Ousmane Dembele to undergo medical tests on Thursday ahead of €50m move to Paris Saint-Germain

Ousmane Dembele has officially completed his transition to Paris St Germain, sealing a five-year commitment with the club.

Barcelona, the former home of the forward, revealed that the transaction was settled at €50.4 million.

Dembele’s journey commenced in 2017 when he ventured from Borussia Dortmund for a deal that reportedly encompassed a sum of up to €135.5 million. During his tenure with the LaLiga powerhouse, he showcased his prowess across 185 matches, registering an impressive tally of 40 goals.

His stint at Barcelona wasn’t just about personal success. Dembele contributed to the team’s triumphs, securing three Spanish league titles, along with two Spanish Cups and two Spanish Supercups.

The 26-year-old also earned recognition on the international stage, amassing 37 appearances for France. Notably, he was a pivotal part of Les Bleus’ journey to the World Cup finals in Qatar last year, culminating in a runners-up finish.
