Barcelona’s Young Talent Joins Levante UD for the 2023/24 Season

Barcelona’s left-back prospect Alex Valle has officially joined Levante UD on loan until the end of the 2023/24 season. The 19-year-old has been with Barcelona since 2014 when he joined La Masia. 

He progressed through the youth ranks and even made his unofficial debut for the first team during their pre-season tour in the USA. Valle’s loan move to Levante aims to provide him with regular playing time and experience. 

Although seen as a long-term option for the left-back position, Valle will spend the upcoming season at Levante due to competition from Balde and Alonso at Barcelona. 

This opportunity will allow him to stake a claim for a first-team spot at Barcelona in the future.
